Each of the following programs/packages include a Welcome Packet with materials designed to get you off to a strong start. Throughout coaching, you'll receive additional materials and assessments based on your particular situation. Note: All prices are in U.S. dollars. A coaching month is four weeks (28 days); a three-month commitment is recommended for each package.

If you are a teen girl I'm sure you would agree that 2011 saw its fair share of new beginnings and some new crisises. It was one rollercoaster of a year. Looking forward in 2012- What goals and dreams do you plan to set your sights on for the next 365 days? What's the one thing you're gonna try to change about yourself in the coming year?
